Refund policy

All Little Red Hen-jewellery pearls and gems products are covered for 30 days after receipt of product.

Please make sure you inspect all products you receive thoroughly and contact us if there is any problem. 

We diligently quality check all of our products and as such this occurence should be infrequent. 

Return shipping for approved product/s issues will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once the item/s are received by our office, the customer will be issued a store credit for the item/s returned only. This does not include shipping fees/ charges.

Returns:

We do accept some returns however all sales are final.  Please make sure your cart is accurate before you checkout.

Shipping:

Once your package leaves our office we are no longer responsible for your products. Please be aware that if your package gets damaged, lost, or stolen before it gets to you, it is NOT our responsibility.

REFUNDS:

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

RETURNS:

When returning goods they will need to be shipped to the following address:

We do not reimburse any return shipping fees/charges incurred when returning your product for refund. 

If your return is accepted, once it is received, the amount that you are seeking as a refund will be provided to you in the form of a store credit voucher.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.

Please note: We assume no liability for your package once it is sent from our office. If your package becomes damaged lost or stolen before it arrives it is not out responsibility.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

 Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return product/s you'll be notified of the outcome of your request for refund.* If approved, your account will automatically be rewarded with your purchase equivalent in store credit. *Store credit only - No cash refunds.
